1) You could not access your Account due to lack of internet connectivity;
2) You could not access your Account due to health related impediments;
3) You could not access your Account due to a reasonable cause.
In the event you access your Account before the lapse of 3 months from when the last inactive account fee was incurred, Gammix LTD. shall reimburse such fees paid.
If your Account has become dormant, we shall remit the balance on your account to you or, if you cannot be located, to the Malta Gaming Authority in Malta (MGA).
The procedure for removing funds from inactive and dormant accounts is reported in the backend system of the Website administrational interface. If money is to be transferred to the MGA, the Key Official of Gammix LTD. is responsible for handling this procedure.
7.1. An account becomes inactive if it is not attended for one year and still has some real money balance.
7.2. An account becomes dormant if it remains unattended for 30 (thirty) consecutive months and still has some real money in it.
7.3. One month prior to the account becoming inactive 7 Gods Casino will start sending warning e-mails to the player. The player can easily reactivate his or her inactive account by logging in. If a refund is decided upon, the amount of the refund shall be returned to the player’s account, the player shall be informed and the procedure finalized within two (2) business days after the decision has been made.
